GENERAL POWER OF ATTORNEY
KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT, WE a) Sri Krishna Kumar Debbarma, S/o-Buddhi Chandra Debbarma, of Vill-Dashrath Para, P.S-Melaghar, Dist-Sepahijala Tripura, aged 32 yrs, by Cast-Hindu, by profession-Unemployed, citizen of India, AND b) Sri Krishna Kumar Debbarma, S/o-Buddhi Chandra Debbarma, of Vill-Dashrath Para, P.S-Melaghar, Dist-Sepahijala Tripura, aged 32 yrs, by Cast-Hindu, by profession- Unemployed, citizen of India, (Both are the partners of the firm under the name & style “M/S SKM Enterprise” which is situated at Dashrath Para, P.S-Melaghar, Dist-Sepahijala Tripura, Sub-Division-Sonamura).
Do hereby nominate, constitute, appoint and authorize namely Sri Satyaranjan Roy S/o- Bishwambhar Roy of Batadhala, P.s- Sonamura, Dist- Sepahijala, Tripura. By Caste- Hindu, by profession- Unemployed, a citizen of India, as our true and lawful attorney to do the following acts and things for us, in our names and on our behalf.
1) To appear for and represent us before all Courts, Registry, Sub-Registry Offices, and other concerning officers etc.
2) To carry conduct and manage our partnership business in the name & Style “M/S SKM Enterprise” for the purpose of appointing, discharge dismiss and suspend, employee or employees in the said business & trade thereof in all reasonable law and in all manner.
3) To adjust, settle and pay all our lawful debts.
4) To collect all our bills and money relating to our partnership business to payable and to receivable by us and given receipt thereof.
5) To assign if necessary by deed or otherwise all bonds, mortgage and other securities due to us.
6) To operate our bank accounts and draw and endorse cheques to bankers and endorse and negotiate all bills pre-notes and share.
7) To obtain by purchase, lease or otherwise from Govt. of the bodies, persons or person lands, house etc and to sign and to make delivery or to make and deliver necessary documents and agreement thereof.
8) To sign and execute all documents for us, in our names and present the same for registration before the Sub- Registrar, Sonamura and thereto admit execution etc. and to all necessary acts and sign necessary papers in this partnership business constructed as acts, deeds and things are done by us personally had been actually present.
We do ratify and agree to rectify and confirm all acts are done by our aforesaid attorney.
