b), Tama Rani Sukla Das, D/o- Tapan ch. Das of Vill +P.O- Durgapur, PS.Sonamura, Dist. Sepahijala Tripura, aged 27 yrs, by Cast Hindu, by profession-Divorcee Woman, a citizen of India, do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as follows:-
1) That, we are intending to marry each other and our marriage to be solemnized under the provision of the Special Marriage Act,1954.
This is true to our knowledge

a) That, neither we are incapable of giving our valid consent due to unsoundness of mind.
b) That neither we have been subject to recurrent attacks of insanity or
epilepsy.
c) That, we both have completed the age of 27 years.
d) That, we are not within the degrees of prohibited relationship.

3) That, this declaration is made only for the purpose of solemnization of our marriage U/S 5 of Special Marriage Act, 1954.
